Meeting Announcement
The Annual Meeting will be held on June 25, 2026 5PM at the Prescott Public Library 2nd floor.
If a quorum of ballots is not received the meeting will be reconvened on June 27, and June 29 at the same
time and location. There will be a board of directors meeting immediately following membership
meeting, see agenda below.
Please use the following Absentee Ballot to cast your votes for the election of Directors. Only members in good
standing have a voting right.
